I knew I always wanted to make a difference in the world.

Having served as the president of major healthcare organizations over the past years, I want to share with you my wealth of experience and expertise. My goal is to awaken in you and your companies how to live and lead boldly, powerfully connect with others and take your teams and communities to a whole new level.

I serve on the boards of Castle Biosciences, Telix Pharmaceuticals, MIMEDX, Langham Logistics, and The Education and Research Foundation for Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging. My past board roles include Asuragen, BioTelemetry (a Philips company), ThermoGenesis, Little Rapids Corporation, and Diaceutics.

A thought leader, speaker, and advisor, I help organizations elevate leadership and team connection. I am a partner at Trusted Health Advisors, consulting on innovative diagnostics, and formerly served as president of Cardinal Health Nuclear & Precision Health Solutions, led the companion diagnostic strategy at Eli Lilly and Company, and was CEO, Roche Diagnostics Corporation, where I also held a global leadership role in Basel, Switzerland.

I have been recognized among the 10 Best Women Leaders of 2020 by IndustryEra, was the first woman to receive the Life Science Alley Luminary Award, and also earned the Women of Wellness Award and American Cancer Society Leadership Award for my volunteer work in oncology.

I am an author, blogger, speaker, and podcaster on leadership, growth, and strategy.
